Kathie Taylor

Kathie has been a valued member of Parks, Chesin & Walbert, P.C. since 2007, serving as Legal Assistant to founding partner Lee Parks. With more than two decades of experience in the legal field, she brings extensive knowledge and a steady, client-focused approach to every matter she handles.

Kathie began her legal career in 2001 and has spent the majority of her career working in employment and labor law on the plaintiff’s side. She has also gained valuable experience representing employers on the defense side and worked in family law early in her career. This broad background allows her to effectively support a wide range of client needs while keeping even the busiest matters organized and moving forward.

In her current role, Kathie manages a high-volume of mediation cases, coordinating all case activity, and serves as a trusted resource for both clients and attorneys throughout the litigation process. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to providing exceptional support make her an integral part of the firm’s team.

Beyond her work at the firm, Kathie enjoys spending time on the lake with her ever-growing family and Bear, her beloved mini Husky. She also loves gardening, writing poetry, and making memories with her five grandchildren. A devoted Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves fan, she and her husband enjoy cheering on their favorite teams whenever they get the chance.
