Crystal Bailey

Crystal is the Firm Administrator at Parks, Chesin & Walbert, where she oversees the firm’s accounting, human resources, billing, trust accounting, payroll, and day-to-day operations. She works with the attorneys and staff to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so they can stay focused on serving clients.

With a background in accounting, business administration, and operations, Crystal is involved in nearly every aspect of the firm’s business. She enjoys finding better ways to do things, whether that’s improving internal processes, implementing new technology, or making everyday workflows more efficient. She especially values creating systems that make life easier for both the attorneys and the staff.

Crystal takes pride in keeping the firm organized, solving problems as they come up, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently from day to day.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her Harley with her husband, traveling, attending concerts, and staying involved in her community. She also enjoys learning new things and is always looking for ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
