Asia Rodriguez

As Intake Coordinator, Asia is usually the first person prospective clients speak with when they contact Parks, Chesin & Walbert. She gathers information about potential cases, answers questions, and helps attorneys get the important details needed to evaluate new matters as they arise. She also follows up with referred clients and collects any additional information needed during the intake process.

Originally from Ohio, Asia has spent most of her working life in customer service and has always enjoyed connecting with people. She understands that reaching out to a law firm can be overwhelming, so she works to make those first conversations as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Her positive energy is contagious, and she has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable. Whether she’s helping someone through the intake process or simply chatting with a coworker, she leaves a lasting impression with her warmth and optimism.

Outside of work, Asia enjoys staying active, meeting new people, and spending time with her German Shepherd, Rosebud, whom she is continuing to train. She has also recently picked up coloring again, a hobby she loved as a kid and now enjoys as a way to relax.
