Alberto joined Parks, Chesin & Walbert after more than a decade working in the legal field. His experience includes civil litigation, family law, criminal law, and serving as a judicial clerk in the Oregon court system, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how cases move through every stage of the legal process.
As a Legal Assistant, Alberto supports the firm’s business litigation, contract, and employment law attorneys. He assists with case management, legal filings, document preparation, and the day-to-day work that helps keep matters moving efficiently.
Originally from Southern California, Alberto recently made the move to Georgia after several years in Oregon. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals and enjoys continuing to build on his legal experience.
When Alberto is not at the office, you’ll often find him cooking, reading, writing, or birdwatching. He also enjoys following soccer, hockey, and baseball when he’s not on road trips, discovering new places, and spending time with his family.
